What do you think of it?

Ok, I just played a game of joust against my brother (we are starting our own internet game company, and so we're on a local network). It was very, very cool. Tons of fun! I can't say it enough. Rock on! It's something that I've known could be done for a long time, but it's so cool to see it really there. As I'm sure you know, there are certainly some issues =). Starting up the game was quite weird-the other player didn't show up in the dialog, so I didn't think it was working at first. And when I had a couple of network problems, it semi-locked up. Maybe in some wait loop there's no checking of keys or window messages? I'm greatly looking forward to all future versions! And my next game of joust =)

Ummmm.......WOW! Extremely cool. For as much as I read what you have done, you don't truly appreciate what it means until you're staying after work playing Joust against a guy down the hall! :) I am truly impressed, and thrilled at what you have accomplished! :)

I just wanted to say, I never in my life dreamed that I would play Joust with someone across the ocean! But it happened, thanks to you people! Congrats on a job well done, even though I know there is lots still to be done! =)

The MAMEnet team would like to thank you for your kind words! :-)

looks like THE game to play with MAMEnet!
